If anything fails, our service team responds. Where the route supports it, we’ll swap units same-day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum rental period?

One day. We rent daily, weekly, monthly and on rolling annual contracts. Longer commitments unlock better rates and priority service response.

Is delivery and collection included?

Within the UAE, delivery and collection are included as standard on weekly and longer contracts. Daily rentals and cross-border (KSA/Qatar) deliveries are quoted per job.

What happens if a machine breaks down?

Call our service desk. For most ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers in the UAE we’ll dispatch a technician same-day or — for longer contracts — swap in a replacement unit while we repair yours.

Do you train our operators?

Yes. Every handover includes a briefing on safe operation, daily checks, charging and basic troubleshooting. We can also run refresher sessions on long-term contracts.

Can I rent before I buy?

Yes — many of our customers do exactly this. We can structure rental contracts where part of the rental cost is credited against a future purchase. Useful for new equipment categories, new sites, or tender-dependent work.
